Product Overview
Capsicum baccatum
An abundant producer of small, sweet piquant? peppers. A slightly taller bush that is early in its production compared to the Malawi Sundew. These peppers are mildly spicy and can be added fresh to salads, stuffed with feta/mozzarella cheese and roasted, or pickled for later use. A little extra sugar added when pickling really brings out the best flavor in these.
