This variety is less bitter than most other endive varieties. They have beautiful heads of thick, curled, broad lettuce type leaves that enclose a delicious, blanched, buttery white heart. This mild flavored endive is a delicious addition to most meals raw or cooked. Try them in stir fries, stews, salads or any which way you fancy. Harvest ready in 90 days.
