Tall Utah is a lovely tall, upright, compact variety that produces flavorsome, crisp green stalks that are stringless and crisp. A vigorous and easy to grow variety that surpasses the flavor of any store bought celery by far. The tight, pale hearts are sweet and nutty and make for a tasty addition to salads, soups or stews. Has a very high mineral content.
