We just love the contrasting look of the ribbed, light yellow/ green tripe on this zucchini. An easy to grow, prolific, early (55 days) producer of delicious, deep flavored squash. the flavor becomes more intense as it matures. The larger fruits are best for baking whole or used as a stuffing squash, as the skin becomes a little tough. An old Italian heirloom.
