This Ukranian heirloom was traditionally grown on the island of Krim and tolerates cooler growing conditions. It is an early ripening variety and is ready to harvest when the skin changes to a bright orange/yellow. A very sweet melon with a very high sugar content. Perfect for shorter growing seasons with only 80-85 days to harvest.
