Product Overview
Cucumis melo
These are real winner in the garden. The highly productive vines produce beautiful and unique fruits that look like a serpent of sorts. Not actually a cucumber, but a melon that tastes like a cucumber. The fruits are a pale green with dark green stripes running down their length. The ribs make for an interesting shape when sliced for salads or garnishes.
The fruits can grow to over 4' (1.2m) long, but are at their best for eating when picked at 15" (38cm) where they still remain tender and sweet.
