Solanum lycopersicum
One of the best flavored paste tomatoes. A good producer, slightly earlier than the traditional variety. The San Marzano's have a low juice content and when boiled down and strained, make a great paste that can be canned or frozen.
This is a determinate strain of the traditional indeterminate variety. Produces well and you should get at least 2 good flushes off each bush
