If you are looking to press your own organic, cold pressed, virgin sunflower seed oil, this is the variety to grow. The black seeds are large and literally bursting with oil, you can literally press the oil out using the back of a spoon. They grow super tall and can reach heights of 10-13' (3-4m). An African heirloom from Nigeria.
