This superb sweet pepper is named after the shape of the fruit, resembling a bull's horn. This is the red variety of the famous Corno peppers. Medium walled sweet peppers with a superb flavor, perfect for salads or stuffing and frying. A personal preference, finding that the red seems to have deeper flavor profile to the yellow.
