These beautiful cobs that can be used in many ways. Each cob has multi colored kernels ranging from white, yellow, orange, purple and black. Can be eaten in the milk stage as a green corn, or allowed to dry and ground down into a carotenoid rich meal. Cobs are also used for the florist and decorative fall market.
