We use USPS Priority Mail® as one of our main service provider to deliver parcels. We may at times use their online waybill generation platform that requires us to input your information into their system.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be packed and processed on the designated packing days provided payment is validated/received before 09h00.

At certain times of the year however, we do run a constant packing team that fulfills your orders.

Peak seasons like Spring and Fall can see us running up to a week late on processing or orders. We ask that at these times of the year, that you please exercise patience as we are working our level best to get your orders out.

From time to time we may run out of certain products, or the amounts reflected on the site is incorrect. While we take every endeavor to ensure that our stock control is correct, we occasionally "slip-up" and run short of certain lines. We will in this case try and replace it with the closest available product.

If you would NOT like a replacement please make a note in the comments section of your order.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive

1. A confirmed order

and

2. Full payment.

Refunds/returns Policy

Web Orders

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us unopened and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

We recommend that you use a reputable service for all returns as it offers shipment tracking. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Customers supplying incorrect shipping information will assume all risk of missing, delayed shipments that have been fulfilled.

We endeavor to offer you competitive prices on current products; you're total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped with USPS with a customs form attached as required.

We at The Seedstead assume no responsibility in regards to specific import requirements for any country outside of the US.

All packages will be properly labeled with any required customs forms labeling the content as garden seed.

Any purchase made via The Seedstead has you accepting these terms and is nonrefundable based on any actions or seizures by government.
