Blushed Butter Cos

This wonderful lettuce has both butterhead and cos qualities. A nice loose heading lettuce, making it easy to single-leaf harvest without damaging the leaves or remaining plant. The leaves are green and savoyed, with a beautiful "blush" around the edges. The leaves are buttery yet crisp, with a lovely sweet flavor. An easy to grow, easy to harvest variety.
