This is possibly the best popcorn I have ever eaten. The kernels pop into a small bright white 'popcorn'. The flavor and texture is exceptional and an experience that you will never get from store bought popcorn. It's a unique and exciting popcorn, that kids will love to pop. This is my favorite popcorn and we just cannot plant enough to satisfy our needs over the year. It gives a great change to the ubiquitous yellow popcorn. We eat it plain with salt, it's that great,  however, a dash of butter is never unappreciated.
