Cucurbita pepo
A quick, high yielding squash. Harvest ready from as little as 50 days. Younger fruits have a pale green tint to them and as the fruit matures the skin lightens to white. Flavor very mild with a sweet buttery flavor when young, while older fruit have a more intense, deeper flavor profile.
