A stunning, very cold tolerant variety. The light to dark green, tender oak-shaped leaves have a beautiful blushed edge to them. The head of loosely packed leaves surround the heart ensuring a lightly blanched, extra sweet and mild flavored, buttery heart. Fast growing, harvest in around 50 days.
