Chinese Sword Lettuce

Also known as Taiwan Sword Leaf lettuce, Pointed leaf lettuce and Oriental lettuce. A very fast growing lettuce that produces bright green, slightly serrated, thin, long leaves that look like mini swords. Can be harvested as a loose leaf lettuce or as a full crown when still young. This lettuce has its own distinct flavor and is a refreshingly different addition to a salad.
