This is a superb onion, so sweet one can almost eat it raw like an apple. This is Washington States official vegetable. (Some people cried about it, but not because the onions made them cry)
Exceptionally low sulfer, these super sweet onions are perfect raw, can be used in salads or even better in potato salad.
Note that these onions need a low sulfer soil to ensure their sweetness.
These are a long day variety for the North, in the South they will produce fine scallions or green onions.
