The Seedstead is an online only store, and as such we make use USPS Priority Mail® and USPS 1st Class Mail® for all shipments.
Typically we will print and pack orders every day of the week. These orders are packed and a tracking number will be issued to you.
The USPS tracking systems will reflect your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped and we have updated your account.
Depending on your location and which service you opted for your parcel can take 1-5 days to reach you.
If you have any special shipping requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us direct.
Please note that we only use the information that you supply to ship your parcel, if any of the supplied information is incorrect, we will en devour to assist in getting the shipment re-routed, however the risk in this instance will remain with you.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped with USPS with a customs form attached as required.
We at The Seedstead assume no responsibility in regards to specific import requirements for any country outside of the US.
All packages will be properly labeled with any required customs forms labeling the content as garden seed.
Any purchase made via The Seedstead has you accepting these terms and is nonrefundable based on any actions or seizures by government.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is not recommended, as if you try to bring in something that is not allowed, it could result in fines you will need to pay.
